Savore at Three: Growing with Purpose
Three years ago, Savore began with a simple but ambitious vision: to provide exceptional workplace dining experiences without compromising on ethics, sustainability or quality. As we celebrate our third operational anniversary, it is incredibly rewarding to reflect on just how far that vision has grown.
The last few weeks alone were a powerful reminder of the momentum behind the business. From launching Savore’s first multi-site partnership, to delivering hospitality showcases that earned exceptional feedback from both client partners and customers, it felt like a defining moment in Savore’s journey.
What makes these milestones particularly meaningful is the way in which they have been achieved.
Since day one, Savore has remained committed to sustainable, measured growth. Rather than pursuing rapid expansion at any cost, we have intentionally focused on and succeeded in growing by approximately 30% year on year - a pace that allows us to protect the quality of our food, the wellbeing of our team members, and the integrity of our values-led approach.
As a result, we now provide services across 11 client partner locations spanning the City and the West End, while maintaining the same attention to detail, creativity and care that defined the business in its earliest days.
This growth would not have been possible without the relationships we have built with like-minded client partners and purveyors who genuinely value responsible business practices. We are proud to work alongside organisations that understand workplace dining can (and should) contribute positively to people, communities and the planet.
Whether through thoughtful sourcing decisions, lower-carbon menus, meaningful social impact initiatives or investment in team culture; sustainability remains embedded within our day-to-day operations rather than treated as a separate conversation. As a Certified B Corporation, we continue to challenge ourselves to grow responsibly and transparently while holding ourselves accountable to high ethical standards.
Equally important is the team behind the business. One of the most rewarding parts of the last three years has been welcoming so many talented individuals into Savore - both familiar faces and new additions - who share our mission of becoming London’s quality workplace dining provider. Their commitment, energy and belief in what we are building is what makes this growth sustainable in the truest sense of the word.
Three years in, there is still enormous ambition ahead of us. But as we continue to grow, our priority remains the same as it was at the beginning: building a business that succeeds not only commercially, but responsibly, collaboratively and with genuine purpose.
